Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Once signed in, you can try adding the notes and double-check if you're still able to see it after you log back in. If so, return to your default browser clear cache to speed up the loading process. Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).You can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). However, if you're still experiencing notes being deleted, let's perform some steps to fix the issue. I've added these screenshots to show you how.
